Building and remodeling leave fine dust on every surface, stickers on windows and debris in every corner. We clean it all so the space is ready for the owner, the tenant or the grand opening.

What's included

• Dust removal: walls, ledges, sills, vents, light fixtures and cabinets dusted and wiped, inside and out.
• Windows & glass: stickers and residue removed, glass and frames cleaned.
• Kitchens & bathrooms: fixtures, counters, cabinets and appliances cleaned of dust and residue.
• Floors: vacuumed, swept and mopped — hard floors cleaned of paint and adhesive spots where possible.
• Debris: light debris and packaging cleared (heavy construction waste stays with the builder).

Rough clean, final clean or both

Builders and property managers often book a rough clean when the trades finish and a final clean right before handover. We can do either or both.
